L & J Cakes is a little business set up by another old school friend.
Lucie Nicolas and her boyfriend Jared Heigham set up their cake making business in October last year after falling in love with making them at home.
Jared, owner of Tollesbury cafe decided that it would be the perfect place to expand their love of cake making and chose to run the business from there.
They now make a number cakes a week and at such high standards we can see why just one cake takes so long to make.
Just look at how amazing they are!
